Government says long-awaited upgrades to the lighting system at Windsor Park Sports Stadium are now in the final stages. Providing an update, Sports Minister Oscar George explained that delays were caused by the need to specially manufacture the stadium’s light poles overseas, rather than sourcing them off the shelf. The poles were produced in India, with additional specification changes further extending the timeline. Minister George confirmed that all lighting components, are currently en route to Dominica.
