Twelve calypsonians have secured spots in the quarter finals of this year’s calypso competition following Saturday night’s eliminations round. A total of 46 artistes competed, with the judges selecting the top performers to move forward. Advancing to the quarter finals are Haxey, Inoah, Mighty D, Mighty Omee, Kalfa P, Sandy, Redz, Royette, Jerd, Liberator, Mystrie, and Jamma B. Named as reserves are Myka, Lulu, and Nini. The quarter finals are scheduled for January 17, 2026, as the competition continues to intensify on the road to the calypso crown.
