Dominica’s Carnival season stepped into high gear this weekend with the official unveiling of the six contestants vying for the title of Miss Dominica 2026. The young ladies made their first public appearance at the official launch of Mas Dominik 2026 on Friday. Chairperson of the Queen Show Committee, Charlene White-Christian says this year’s pageant, scheduled for February 12th at the Windsor Park Sports Stadium, will be staged under the vibrant theme “Bouyon Bloom,” honoring Dominica’s bouyon music and the artists who have shaped the high-energy genre.
