Police are investigating the death of a local woman found this morning in Roseau. Cleopatra Williams, a 68-year-old woman of Pottersville and known as a vagrant, was discovered deceased on the promenade between two stalls. Cause of death remains unknown at this time.
The police are conducting investigations.
