Dominica Restores Key Regional Air Link with New San Juan Service

Dominica’s tourism sector is getting a major boost with the launch of a new Caribbean airline service connecting San Juan, Puerto Rico to Dominica. Tourism Minister Denise Charles-Pemberton announced the development, calling it a vital step in restoring regional travel links and making it easier for visitors from key markets like Trinidad, Toronto, and New York to reach the island.
The new schedule includes a convenient 4PM departure from San Juan and a 10AM return flight from Dominica, reducing long layovers and eliminating early morning travel. Travelers from Toronto will also benefit from improved connections through Trinidad, with four weekly flights into Dominica and two return flights to Canada.
