As Dominica’s Independence celebrations gain momentum and excitement builds for the World Creole Music Festival, the streets of Roseau are gearing up for a vibrant showcase of local culture and creativity. On Friday, October 17th, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Great Marlborough Street will come alive with the ninth annual Creole in the Streets hosted by the National Development Foundation of Dominica Ltd. The event will feature more than 70 vendors offering everything from delicious Creole dishes to handmade crafts, jewelry, clothing, and natural products. For the first time, the event is being sponsored by the Discover Dominica Authority and Invest Dominica, highlighting the powerful link between culture and commerce. Patrons are encouraged to come out, support local entrepreneurs, and experience the true spirit of Creole creativity in the heart of the capital.
