Proprietor of Jungle Bay Resort & Spa, Sam Raphael, has announced he will step down as managing director this July.
Speaking on local radio, Raphael revealed that he is transitioning leadership to a new managing director as part of a strategic move to take the award-winning eco-resort to its next phase of growth.
Raphael, who launched Jungle Bay in 2005, says the resort has matured and now needs fresh leadership with new expertise.
Though stepping away from day-to-day operations, Raphael says he will remain involved as chairman and continue to support the resort’s long-term vision.
