The Dominica Youth Business Trust has kicked off a full week of activities for Global Entrepreneurship week from November 17th to 23rd, celebrating under the theme “Together We Build.” Organizers say the week will highlight the value of collaboration in entrepreneurship, with events designed to support both aspiring and established business owners. The schedule includes school visits aimed at inspiring young innovators, informative webinars featuring industry experts, and the highly anticipated Graduation and Awards Ceremony, where outstanding entrepreneurs will be recognized for their achievements. The Trust says the week is part of its ongoing mission to strengthen Dominica’s entrepreneurial ecosystem and encourage more young people to pursue business ventures. Speaking at the launch on Monday, Minister of State in the Ministry of Culture, Youth, Sports, and Community Development, Honorable Oscar George, urged all young entrepreneurs to reach out, share ideas, support colleagues, and inspire others to start new ventures, emphasizing that Dominica’s progress depends on collective effort and collaboration.
