The Government of Dominica has announced that the official funeral for the late Mr. Julius C. Timothy, former Government Minister, Member of Parliament, and distinguished businessman, will be held on Saturday, November 15, 2025, at the St. Alphonsus Catholic Church beginning at 2 p.m. A public viewing will take place earlier in the day, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., at the St. Alphonsus Parish Hall, giving citizens an opportunity to pay their final respects. In honor of Mr. Timothy’s years of service to Dominica, the day has been declared a Day of Mourning, and all state flags will be flown at half-staff on public buildings.
